每个和邓(dèng )肯（布瑞丹·帕(pà )特里克 Brendan Patricks 饰）交往过的女人对于(🏦)邓肯(🎬)的评(píng )价都(🛌)是“你是个好人”，而这位好好先生(shēng )至今都没能收获一场持久而又热烈的爱(à(😁)i )情。问题(tí(🥍) )到底出在哪里呢？这是邓肯一直无法(😧)得到解答的问题。当再一次遭遇到被甩的(de )悲剧后，邓肯愤怒了，他决定好好的回顾一下曾经不堪回首的5段恋情(🔧)，为自己的爱无能找一个处方。

Naomi Vista is an accomplished flautist, with a scholarship to one of the best music academies in the world. Just before her enrollment, both her parents die, throwing Naomi into a pit of despair. At the academy, Naomi is magnetically drawn to Raphael, a quiet and ethereal stranger. However, Raphael is not what he seems, he is a fallen angel. Through Raphael's guidance, Naomi rediscovers a love for life, however, this has attracted the attention of a gang of fallen angels that Raphael left years ago. The gang is led by Raphael's brother, Demeteri but it is Kyber, a bitter rival, who is intent on finishing what he started eight hundred years ago, to destroy Raphael. Meanwhile, the gang of fallen angels led by Demeteri are instigating a gang war in London to oust the current gangland leader with a man of their choosing - Eddie. Eddie is a lovable loser who after being manipulated by the fallen angels becomes a cold hearted killer. Set against the backdrop of a London gang war, Naomi and Raphael embark on a love story that will change them both forever.

This is a film I picked up in the library. I hadn't heard about it at all, so I was wondering whether it was intended for TV or for the big screen. So, anyway, what got me watching this flick is mainly the cast: Mario Adorf, Günther Lamprecht and Bruno Ganz are, in my view, some of the finest actors Germany has (and Germany doesn't have a lot of them). The plot is something which rang a bell to me, I am quite sure that the main idea of this film borders on plagiarism: a former KZ-inmate is convinced of having discovered one of his torturers in a church posing as a man of God (Lamprecht). It reminded me of Dürrenmatt. Although the plot is definitely not something unheard of or never done before, I thought that the acting was good. The flashbacks to the youth of the three protagonists was somewhat too corny, but the confrontation scene in the church was well done and not a little melodramatic. This scene was worth watching, because Adorf, Lamprecht and Ganz display this kind of down to earth acting that far from the overly dramatic way of acting in Hollywood when it comes to the Holocaust. So, although this isn't the best movie I've ever seen on the Shoah, it's definitely not the worst, and that's why I give it 6 points.
